Dear all,
I am writing to invite you to the SWRU AGM on Saturday 10th May 2008 at Scott Suite, 1925 Suites, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh. It is of paramount importance that your club attends the AGM in May, especially with the forthcoming decision on Integration to be potentially taken next year. For attendance, the SWRU will deduct 50% off your club's affiliation fees next season, a saving of over ?40 if you are a full member club! You have to send a minimum of 1 delegate, and can send a maximum of 3. If you wish to send more delegates please contact myself stating how many and the reasons for sending additional delegates. Here is a list of the deadlines leading to the AGM: 9am, 2nd April - Online Pre-Registration opens 11pm, 14th April - All motions to be submitted to Secretary ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) 10am, 10th May - AGM Note that any motions received after 11pm on 14th April will not be accepted. Further details will be emailed and/or sent out in due course. Please note that, despite our efforts in the calendar planning process to avoid a clash, the AGM is on the same weekend as Mull 7s this season. We have looked into a change of date to avoid this but have been unable to find an appropriate alternative.
