Sheena started playing rugby in 1994 for the newly established Liverpool John Moores University team. Returning to her home town after University she joined Edinburgh Accies in 1996.
Sheena started off her career at centre and full back and decided to give the scrum a shot and played the rest of her career in the second row. Sheena joined Watsonians in 1999 and played second row. She was also the Club Captain for Watsonians Ladies XV for 3 years from 2002-2005. Sheena is now youth development co-ordinator at Watsonians and establishing a girls team. Her role on the SWRU Executive Board is the Event Co-ordinator working with the SRU Event Staff and volunteers to plan and deliver SWRU National and International Events. Also involved in recruiting and managing volunteer teams to support SWRU events.
